With roots in elBulli, where they honed their skills from the late 1990s to 2014, the trio combines decades of experience to create unforgettable gastronomic experiences. Their partnership began in 2012 with the founding of Maedor Tres SL, which launched their first restaurant, Compartir, in Cadaqués, followed by the opening of Disfrutar in Barcelona in 2014.
Disfrutar, meaning “to enjoy,” embodies their shared vision of creativity and innovation, pushing the boundaries of contemporary cuisine. They emphasize complete autonomy and independence in their work, ensuring their restaurants reflect their pure artistic vision. In 2018, they expanded their expertise into consultancy with Csult Edorma, and in 2022, they brought Compartir to Barcelona under their CBCN 2021 SL company.
